I've decided to remake the characters of The Mysterious Cities of Gold (Les Mystérieuses cités d'Or in french) and make them a little older and... how could i say... hotter.

I always loved that show. I think the concept could make a great video game... or even a movie.
*I also started Esteban, but he's not finished yet.

theyve got the second season trailer out, if you check Les Cités D'or saison 2 on youtube youll find it quick, theyve made it into a weird...........mash up with 2d and 3d..........iknow for me it will be hard to get over this new style.......

I just saw it.

Yeah same for me. I was a bit disapointed.. even though it's probably gonna be great for this generation. I loved the original 70s/80s look and music.

Felt more mysterious for some reason.

i totaly agree! the music was out of this world it was so unique and amazing! best 80s cartoon ever! and it wasnt like..childish at all, i felt grownup when id watch itXD but this one.....i think itll have that childishness to it.....which i hope will not mess up the series >.< i had so much hope on this new series till i saw the faces of the character when they show emotion and talk<<

Definitely. I recently watch the box set and it was just has good has i remembered.

... Also the fact that it was an anime, drawn by Japanese does make a big difference i think. The new one is made in Europe.

yup the animation is a big difference. with the styles you can tell who did what. i preffer the japanese animation, this europe animation is meh on meXD
